Welcome! My name is Holly and I am an Occupational therapist who grew up in Camden, NSW. I studied at Western Sydney University (Campbelltown) and graduated in 2021. I have lived and worked in Gerringong (NSW), Newcastle (NSW), Lightning Ridge (Outback NSW), and am currently living in Western Australia.

Throughout my studies, I completed placements in Wagga Wagga, Nowra and Newcastle and quickly learnt I had a passion for rural health. I am passionate about growing the rural workforce and encouraging as many Allied Health Students and Professionals to expand their services into remote communities.

I currently work as a self employed OT through my company “Eucalypt Occupational Therapy”. I travel to rural communities in Western Australia providing neuro-affirming, strengths based services. I have completed additional training in SOS Feeding, Interoception, Sensory Integration (CLASI), Harkla reflex integration, Zones of Regulation and more. I am also a trained reformer pilates instructor and love the fusion of functional movement and well-being.

I started my podcast in 2022 with 2 main aims: Grow the rural workforce and end new graduate burnout. I have interviewed students, OT’s, lecturers and business owners at all different points of their journey with aims of sharing realistic insights into the challenges we all must overcome. I love getting to know so many incredible OT’s and feel so honored that people trust me to share their stories

Outside of work, you will always find me outside. I have traveled across the country in my rooftop tent and enjoy the vast remoteness Australia offers. I love exercising and moving my body, spending time in the ocean and travelling out to the country. You'll always catch me eating good food and listening to every music genre under the sun.

My nieces and nephews are my absolute world and I hope to inspire them to live a life full of adventure and “remember when's” instead of “what if’s”.
